1. The agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the educational services ("Services") provided by TLDR BTC Pty Ltd ("TLDR", "we", "us"). By accessing this website, booking a session, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the Services.

2. What the Services are - and what they are not

TLDR provides education about the technology of Bitcoin and practical consulting on AI tools. The Services are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on this website or in any session is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We do not endorse any specific investment strategy or decision. What you do with what you learn is your call - it always was, and it always should be.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you in New South Wales, Australia.

4. Risks and acknowledgments

Bitcoin's technology is under continuous development and carries inherent risks. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using the Services. You are responsible for your own decisions, your own devices, and your own keys.

The Services may be offered for free or for a fee, as determined by TLDR. Payment for fee-based Services is due before access to those Services is granted. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time - notice of any fee change will be provided on this website.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

8. Intellectual property

All content, materials, and resources provided by TLDR are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use that content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

9. Privacy

TLDR collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Short version: we collect as little as possible, and it's yours, not ours.

10. Termination

TLDR may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing your access and ceasing to use TLDR's educational materials. No lock-in runs both ways.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. TLDR does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Continued use of the Services after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
